Hi,

We have a ServerA(Windows 2003 SBS) which is our active directory, domain controller, exchange server.

We have serverB(windows 2000) where our accounting applications sits and there are some shared folders here "SHARED_FOLDERS_SERVER_B"

All the computers are logged into the domain, today when the domain cotroller was down(SERVER A) due to some hardware issues, users were not able to access our accounting application which was in SERVER B. Since there are not able to access some files in the shared folders which is on SERVER B.

So we are guessing this might because our domain controller is down, how can we overcome this ? how can we access files/folders on SERVER B , even if SERVER A(domain) is down ?
