Hi All,

Good day! need some help. Is there anyone can tell me how to configure an extension, if they lift the handset and it would automatically call the Operator..

For a CS1000/ Option xx system, you need to change the CLS = MNL. Then change the phones hotline to e.g. FTR = HOT D 4 0 to make it dial "0".
