Hourly Sales Report

Hey,
What BOH report acts exactly like the FOH "Flash" report? A manager is asking why the hourly report show sales for 3pm at 11am?(i know it doesn't make sense) Does it have to do with a rolling total that shows all day from the time they open? How can they look hour to hour what the sales were? Like sales from 12pm to 1pm only, not a running total but just that hour. I am sure I have seen this but not sure where to find the setting.

PMIX maybe?

Im guessing it's either defined by Day Part or the Hourly Sales and Labor report.
