hour minute format in crystal reports

hello
I working with the crystal report software connected to MS access database.
one of my fiels is a time field (HH:MM) but the report print it as a DD:MM:YYYY ,
how can i change the format so I'll see only the hours and minuts ?

Format Field, Select Customize for Date/Time then select Time as Order.
