HotSync problem on T2

I have a Tungsten T2 which HotSyncs fine on two other computers. I tried setting it up on a co-workers computer, and when I HotSync, I get an error in the log reading:
"HotSync operation was terminated. Some of your data was NOT backed up.

An application on the PC failed to respond to a confirmation query. This application may need to be restarted."

Any suggestions?
