Hotsync and Truesync

I have hotsync and truesync with my Palm Desktop and Palm IIIc; everything was working fine but I wanted to remove truesync because I was not using my phone anymore but when I did nothing syncs anymore. I thought there were some files that truesync changed to make it not work with hotsync but when I call they won't help anymore b/c they say truesync is not supported anymore.

PLEASE HELP; ALL MY INFO WON'T SYNC PLEASE AND THANKS
