Hotmail Unauthorized Access

Hi, not sure if this is the right forums so my apologies in advance. I help manage a small IT group at my company and we use Outlook for professional email. However, from time to time I do use hotmail to access personal emails and I believe that my account is being accessed by a disgruntled employee. I have done the obvious and changed my password but I still have reason to believe she is accessing my account using my password that she has somehow gotten ahold of. I've contacted Hotmail staff but they haven't been too helpful so I'm just wondering if there is any way to determine if my account is being accessed, and if so, by whom and from where. I'm hoping to put together some legal action but I need proof that this person is in fact accessing my account. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
