Hotmail and exchange 2007

I cannot send mail from hotmail to any account in an exhange 2007 doamin. After 2 days get the following:
This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.
Unable to deliver message to the following recipients, due to being unable to connect successfully to the destination mail server
Can send from exchange to hotmail OK.
Can receive mail from all other domains.

Can anyone assist?

Check your MX records. Do your logs on the transport server show anything?

ran ms connectivity test for inboind and outblond and ok
