Octel 250 / Aria 3.11.05-1, Avaya CM1 (S8700)
Department of 8 people have a hotline, all of their phones ring with a call. Occasionally, no one is present to answer the call, and the caller leaves a message in the Hotline mailbox.
I have aut-msg-wt buttons on each of the department phones, but since they use 2420's, it's a small arrow on an LCD, not a light. So they sometimes do not notice the message for days....I've offered to swap out their phones for 6424D's so they'd have a light, but they don't want to change phones....
They'd like me to set up a distribution list, so that if a message is left in the hotline mailbox, it is automatically forwarded to the three people on the DL.
Is this even possible?
