Wondering if IP Office can have a door phone automatically dial a group of phones and then make a short code for the door release.

To use the door reay use the following default shortcodes

*39 Relay 1 on
*40 Relay 1 off
*41 Relay 1 pulse
*42 Relay 2 On
*43 Relay 3 Off
*44 Relay 2 pulse

so what your saying is on each user that wants the door phone to ring on there set, add this shortcode?
so each set see's the doorphone extension right?
and simply dial *39 to unlock the door latch right?

No, he's saying on the analog port the doorphone is connected to create the user shortcode ?D. For the telephone number put the extension (or it sounds like you want a hunt group instead) you want to be rung when someone presses the doorphone button.

Whoever answers the call can press *41 AFTER they hang up to unlock the door.
