Hotline between 2 virtual lines on 2 dterm

Hello everyone, just wondering if its possible to make a hotline between 2 dterms (from one virtual line to another) on a ipx 2400

Dont think you can as the tec has to be 18 for virtuals and 14 for hotlines.
- might work if you set them as analogs and then make them key appearances ?
