So a user has hit me with an odd request. They want a ACDN created so people can call in and report issues. They also want a key on their 3904 that acts as a hotkey to bring them directly to the ACDN's voicemail line so they can simply enter the pin and listen/delete messages. Is there a way to create a hotkey that forwards directly to the voicemail of that ACDN? Thanks for any assistance...

A hotkey can have any valid DN on it such as "HOT D 4 7000". When the user presses the key, it will call DN 7000 etc. The good thing about a Hot key is that it can't be altered by the phone user.
You could e.g, create a ACD queue in LD 23 such as 7010 and NCFW it to your voicemail DN. Create a mailbox of e.g. 7010. This could even be auto login to save having to remember the passcode.
Create the HOT keys as e.g. HOT D 4 7010.
I think this should work.
