Ok group I have a workstation that starts the utility manager everytime the letter U is pressed. The hotkey combo should be windowskey + U. But this opens every time the letter U is used. Is there a way to disable this without going into the Reg ?

I have had the client check the windows key to see if it is stuck. This is a remote site so I can not check anything for myself, and they do not have another keyboard to swap out.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Considering what Utility Manager does, is it possible that Sticky-Keys are enabled? Go into Control Panel/Accessibility Options and uncheck the Enable Sticky Keys option.

Just a thought.
