I know that we do not install the hotfixes for the call pilot server directly from microsoft but does anyone know if we install them from Microsoft for the call pilot reporter web server. In other words, where is the list of call pilot reporter hotfixes? Any help would be appreciated.

Hotfixes for the Call Pilot Reporter Web Server

Since Reporter only uses the IIS to communicate with CallPilot Server you should not need to worry about hotfixes. Though I looked I could find no reference to hotfixe restrictions on a Server running CallPilot Reporter. Should be able to throw this across your vendor's brow for an answer.
