A general rule is: if you do not have problems, then you do not have to upgrade. Upgrading to the latest sp can give you more problems than you might expect. However. We are using SP3 for quite some time now and it works fine. However, if you upgrade to SP3, make sure that you also have the latest clients installed. I believe that with SP3 you need at least 6.20.x as a client.

Thanks. There is a problem I am having so I figured maybe a service pack would help. The problem is that when I shadow a user it seems to mess up their keyboard settings. They will start typing caps and lowercase will appear. Also their number key will not work etc. Do you know if any of the hotfixes will fix that???
