Does the IP Office have a hotel/motel package, like the Mitel? I am sick of dealing with Mitel and I personally feel Avaya's product is superior but Mitel is so locked in to the hotel market. Would there be anything IP office can't do from the hotel perspective? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks guys.

No hospitality package. I would suggest an Avaya Magix with Duvoice voicemail. If you are guaranteed to be under 200 stations this works great. I have this application working in 2 locations without a problem.
