Hotel - Call Accounting Software

Hallo,

I am looking for a call accounting software that offers as well a hotel module. Meaning it should be possible to generate invoices for guests. My Features that I would like to see are:

- Guest Check In/Check Out
- Telephone Invoice
- Name Configuration in Meridian/CS1000
- Wake Up Calls
- Etc….

Does anybody know good reliable software to do this kind of job?

One of our customers uses a PMS package by Hospitality Solutions International (HSI) called Jaquar. Their web page is web.hsi-solutions.com.

We are trying to work through an issue with names on the phones showing up as VACANT when there is actually someone checked into the room though.

Most PMS's will do the name for you. Their documentation/tech support will know how to set it up for a Nortel PBX.

Micros Fidelio is one I have dealt with in the past. As far as costing goes, you need a CDR program that interfaces with BOTH the PBX (call details) and PMS (posting to account). XETA works well with Fidelio.

Nortel only has a few compatible product partners that offer call accounting. I know RSI, Avotus and a couple of others that escape me right now.

RSI has Shadow CMS Hospitality that connects to Micros Fidelio, Rezovation and many other PMS systems. You will need call accounting software and property management software to accomplish what you need. I believe RSI can position both. Avotus also has a call accounting system but I am not sure if it has hospitality capability. You may try
