Hi,I am trying to interface a brand new 6110 with a new 3300 with very little knowledge (in this case, ignorance is not bliss). I put the agent on the 6110 and realized the user was programmed wrong on the mitel as it should have been set up as a hotdesk phone. When I put the user in as hot desk the phone disappeared from the IT telephones form! Heres the question. For an agent phone how do I configure the 5220 on the 3300? Any help is greatly appreciated. Also under the extensions form should the name just be a generic to represent the group it will be in? Thank you in advance for helping me. AJK

A hotdesk user cannot be an ACD agent.
You must set the extension up as an ACD set.
You assign the names to the agent login IDs
