hotdesk user automatically being logged out

I have a hotdesk user who complains that his user profile automatically logs him out.

I have verified that no one else is logging in with that profile (have seen it happen when no one else is in the building)

Any ideas?

Under the telephony tab of the user, check the "login idle period".
 
What hardware ver and software release are you running?
 
I've heard mixed things about about going to 2.1 (27) however, I have multiple clients running it as well as our demo system using it as well. If you checked the idle timeout and didn't see anything there, I'd take a look at possibly taking the system up to (27) to see if perhaps there's a bugfix in it.

No promises, just a suggestion and if all else fails, you can take the system back down if needed.
 
Yep, planning to do that during off hours tomorrow.
