Hi all,
Just noticed, that when a user logs in to any other controller other than their home controller, their ARS routing still takes them over their home controllers trunks. Where is this set, or is this default behaviour, and if so where can it be overidden, as there could be issues with emergency services calls. Is there a way to tell a user to dial out of trunks on whatever they are logged into at the time.

Thanks

When ever this has been an issue for me I've gotten creative with ARS.

What's most important is that you realise ... There is no spoon.

What SW are you running. The TELDIR is the secret in most cases of clustered systems.

NO GOOD DEED GOES UNPUNISHED!

You still home to your primary controller and therefore use its ARS. This is a long standing "wish" as far as I am concerned that when you hotdesk into another controller that at least for 911 calls it drills down to the set and use its ARS. That is not currently available therefore 911 is still a problem with hotdesking I'm afraid.

The single biggest problem with communications is the illusion that it has taken place.
