Hi ,If there is a inkomming call to a 5550 console and it transfered the call to a extention that is hotdesk logon
the phone is ringing and if there is a fist alt routing it follows the rerouting ok. BUT if the hotdesker is logout then the reroute is not working !! why !!! the phone is out of service ,the type of call from the 5550 console is a external call on hold !! so it should follows te rerouting external call dnd or no answer is there any solution Thanks.
