HotDesk (internal) and Voicemail Issue

Hi there Mitel experts!

We have several users that roam between desks, so we have internal hotdesking enabled. Sometimes a staff member is not in, and their phone is not logged in then. In these cases, the 3300 returns a busy signal for inbound calls, and when calling from an internal phone, we see invalid on the display together with a busy signal. Shouldn't it go to their voicemail if they are not logged into their extension?

Phone system is a 3300
Platform: MXe
Release Level: 7.2
Active SW Load: 13.2.0.17

setting the 1st alternate reroute to voicemail will allow the calls to go to voicemail.

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....
