Hotbrick 401VPN X2 with Client not working

I have a Hotbrick 401 VPN X2. I am can establish a VPN connection using the vpn client software version 4.1.0.3. My problem is that I can not ping nor can I connect to the internal LAN of my office. I have checked the log on the 401 and have confirmed the tunnel connection. Any help would be great…

NAT settings, maybe? If the VPN subnet is being natted back out, this is what you will experience. Shot in the dark...
