We have a tech in the field that must have deleted some records from the table.
Is there a way to recover these records or see the data?
it has not been compacted.
I found how to recover tables but not records.

Anyone

I don't think that you can recover deleted records.

BTW, you can only recover a deleted table if the mdb hasn't been compacted AND it hasn't been closed.

Have you a backup that has the records in it?

Get it from a backup (you have backups, don't you ?)

Hope This Helps, PH.

Sorry Doug, I've hunted high and low for a solution to this before and I've never found an answer.

This is the one and only advantage Lotus Approach ever had over MS Access - restoring deleted records was *so* easy with that. :)

I found this program
cost $299
I downloaded it and it did not find anything deleted so I don't know why this techincians data is gone.

so nevermind, he just re-creatd them
No backup 'cause it happened same day
