Is it possible to use HOT LINE feature in digital extension? Bcoz, I would like to bridge a x-port extension to another 6408D button, however, this 6408D is blocked for outgoing caller id; however, we need to unblock the bridged x-port extension to send caller id out.

I was wondering can I made use of HOT LINE in this x-port ext. to automatic dial the unblock code before user dial out. I notice that this feature only appear in analog extn.

Anyone can advise on this? Thanks a advanced!

You can easily change your x-port station to an Analog station, make it type 2500, then when you put the bridged appearance on the digital phone use the button called abrdg-appr and list the extension of the analog x-ported station.

Cool~! I have never know this option!! It works great now. Many thanks!
