I just installed a Magix 3.0 and the customer has read about the "hot keypad" feature of the magix system. I have never had this come up before. Is this an automatic feature? Or is there something I have to activate on a system/station basis?

You have to activate it.

SYS Prog > Start > Options > Hot Dialpad

It is REALLY NEAT !

Don't forget CALL SCREENING !

That's neat too.
