Hot Fix Released for VFP SP2 Reporting Bug 1

Yes! Microsoft still listens to the VFP community and still fixes things. This fix was a long time coming, but yag had to cut through lots of red tape to get this out.

This bug was the single biggest issue that stopped people from installing SP2.
