Hi guys,

a general question: what is it depending on that Hot Desk users log out / stay logged in after a reboot of the ICP?
According to the ICP help files the Hot Desk session survives failure and reboot of the host ICP.

I haven't seen a single installation yet where most Hot Desk users stay logged in. Sometimes a few, sometimes none... and most customers are pretty annoyed about that.

I have some UPS's with a bad attitude. when they discharge they cause my POE switches to reboot...this always causes a logout
 
Ive put this query to Mitel previously.
The answer they responded to me with was:-

If its a standalone site all hot desk users will be logged out after a reboot.

If its a cluster of 3300's, managed via OPSMAN with true ip connectivity between sites on a reboot the handsets will come up in the same state as they were priot to the reboot.

Now personally I havent found this to be true, but this was the line from Mitel Support in the UK.
My customer also gets peeed off with this!
So in short I get the exact same problem as you experience.
