Hot Desking Question

I hope someone can point me in the right direction.

I need to provide 70+ users an extension, but only with 5 phones. Essentially, they all need to have a mailbox, but I would like them to sign in to a phone making it their extension while they are signed in. When they leave, it becomes a general extension until someone else signs in.

I thought Hot Desking would do the trick, but there has to be an existing LIVE extension for that to work.

Anyone have any ideas?

If it is an IP set you can use Keep Alive so when it is off it will still get VM's.
