Hot Desk or ACD Express / Special Key.

Hi Guys,

Is there a way to configure a special key on ACD , on which agent will have to press and enter a PIN before login into this ACD , i guess this key by pressing it , will locked the ACD .

Please let me know fo you gave an idea .

I ve read some documentation about the possibility,but found nothing on how to make a such config on CS1K.

Basic ACD can be used in Position Mode or Agent ID mode via the SCB configuration in LD 23. The SCB will allow Agent ID's to be used, keeping in mind you may need licenses to do this. So instead of pressing the bottom key twice to login you would press the bottom key once, enter the agent ID, then press the key again. At that point you will be in NRD, then you have to press the NRD key to receive calls. That is the best I recall how it works, been a long time. Ig no SCB is defined you are in Position Mode by default
 
Hello ,

This is the actual configutation of the existing system, so what i really need is to able to configure a key or enable a feature that will contrain the agent to enter a code PIN before finally login into the ACD to start receiving calls . This is about security in order to prevent other users from using same ACD. If it's possible .
