Hot desk log in/out keys

Hi,

If I do trans/prog <flexkey> trans *0 from a phone, I can get a log in key, similar with log out except trans **. However, when I try from a PC I just get MCID, any ideas what I'm missing?

Not got access to test but do it on one phone manually then copy the button config over.

just tested it on mine and it works fine use drop down prg code then *0 or ** both work .

Thanks for the replies, I sorted it by deleting the MCID code *0, and then logins worked
