I have a small bullpen of hotdesk users who log into their phones, and an acd group, but on one of the phones (all 5330's) the hot desk icon that tells if you are logged in or not doesn't show up.
The system is running 10.2.1.13 and is part of a multi-site networked system which includes 5 3300's and a VMCD, all phones live at home, and are resilient to other controllers.
This ACD group is on one of the MXE II's if that makes a difference.
All of the other phones in the group are working fine...just not this one. And they are all set up from what I can tell identically.
I have replaced the set already but it doesn't help.
