Hi Gang!
Here it is:
I have not ever needed to get my work hosted so I have never dealth with the host_factor of "limited bandwidth"
how do they measure it?
eg.

-I have a 5 MB (don't ask why) of a PDF file.....
1000 visits or "refesh" of a page will suck up 5 Gb of bandwith?
or the "transfer" of files is really applied to it (eg. FTP,download of files )
-how does it apply with data insetion into DB ( sumbittion of edit/inset forms and querries)?

Thank you ALL!

To the best of my knowledge, any traffic that goes to your site is counted, so yes, if 1000 people downloaded a 5 MB file, it would suck up about 5 GB of bandwidth.
