HOSTS file

As a starting point you need to locate the hosts file in C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc right click on and select Open. Then select Notepad to Open it. Down the bottom of the file you can then enter the IP address of the place you want it to go followed by the web address. So for example:
192.168.121.1
----------------------------------------
