Is there any way to historically log user connections in XPe via resource manager or any other means. I have a need to look at peak times of day and what user/connection and processes were in use.

How far back do you want to look?

In RM you can find the information you are requiring in Graphical Analysis & System Snapshot. First graph the systems % CPU usage, and click on the highest peak in the graph, displaying the System Snapshot screen. This produces the past moment in time when your peak utilization was occuring, who was logged in, the applications that were running, and the system conditions.

Let me know if this helps.
