hosting server hyperlink

first of all. Hi! my name is dave, i currently build webpages for the older community and junk. i've come across an issue that i havent been able to resolve.. :/ i use microsoft publisher; i have a few 70mb files i want to serve from the site and are currently sitting in my hosting server/FTP and i dont know how to get the hyperlink to the file to put on the site.. if theres anyone that can help me, i would appreciate it much. Thx
