The mx records for our domain point to our main server which I have setup for hosting our website. Presently, all emails and http requests come to our server.

However, I'd like to tweak it by continuing to send emails to our Exchange server but send our website visitors to our ISP. This would save some workload on our server as well as any hacking attempts.

Is this possible?

Yes. All you have to do is change the alias to .yourdomain.com and so that they point to the IP assigned by your ISP. Keep a record for mail.yourdomain.com pointing to your server at work, and have the MX record point to mail.yourdomain.com.
