Currently we are using a hosted PBX system. We are considering switching to a BCM 50 IP format. One benefit with the hosted PBX, are a set number of channels with unlimited calls for one set price. My question, can the BCM 50 w/IP trunks-IP telephone seats use a VOIP service from a service provider. If I am approaching this project in the wrong way, just point me in the right direction.

As long as the sevice provider provides analog dialtone, then you can use their service.
