Hi,
Here's the situation: my small business has 2 domains. One domain's mx record points to a web-based email solution and the other's mx record points to a hosted exchange server.
It is essential that we preserve our branding by staying with one domain, but we also needed to keep the web-based email solution because it's an integrated solution that serves a more important role than just email. It's not cost efficient to purchase exchange accounts for everyone in the company, so therefore, we have this seperation that needs to be met.
We proposed that a mail relay server will address the need for us to be able to direct messages to the proper addresses, while maintaining a company-wide domain name.
Is this the best solution?
If so, are there any really good hosted solutions available?
