Hi and merry xmas to everyone
I have a BCM1000 on 3.7 and I am trying to connect to a hosted service using SIP. I have a 2 trunk VOIP licence and have tried using the SIP trunks to connect. From the provider we have removed the user name and password from the account because there doesn't seem to be anywhere to put it in. Every time I test it I get a message on the phone....no route to destn... can anyone help?

SIP trunks on BCM 3.6 or 3.7 will only work to another BCM - it wasn't a standard implementation of SIP. Upgrading to release 4.0 should fix that problem.

Thanks biv343, I was hoping upgrading wasn't going to be the solution because we have several BCMs we want to host. Thats Nortel for you always one step behind everyone else.
