Hosted hotline or announcement service

Does anyone have experience or recommendation for using a hosted hotline or announcement service. I have a toll free number that I would like to point to a third-party who would host the announcement. I'm expecting a fairly high call volume and would need to know how many calls I'm receiving for future planning.

we set something like this up for a church once.

you would just need to know how many concurrent calls etc..

TBH - some Toll free number suppliers / carriers are able to handle announcements and quite complex routing requirements at the network level. It may be worth going to the NGN supplier and asking what they can do
