Hosted Exchange

I have a customer thinking of moving their Exchange from a local server to hosted Exchange. We are also trying to sell them a NuPoint UM system. Mitel does not support advanced UM with hosted exchange. Other than the obvious problem of voice quality over the Internet, what obstacles would keep this from working?

I would think it would be how you would be able to establish the connection between Nupoint and the hosted exchange.

Not an expert on this but the Nupoint uses LDAP and domain information, would that be possible on hosted?
