Hosted Enviroment

My company is thinking of bringing Exchange 2010 in house. We are now in a hosted environment. If we make the switch is there a script to create all the Email accounts? I have a parent domain and several child domains. I am hoping for some suggestions from people who have gone though this before.

The script would be new-mailbox -identity "Name" -displayname "Name" -externalemailaddress email@domain.com and similar.

Or use the EMC to create them. But do you mean the migration rather than the creation?
