Hello All,

Iam trying to backup veritas volume manager partitions with the /hostdump/backup.csh (using hostdump.sh) scripts that u download off the net.

Unfortunately this doesn't seem to want to back up the veritas partitions of our server. It complains about ufs etc.( I haven't got the exact error at the moment). We are using Volume Manager ver 3.5.

We have an older versions of Volume Manager (3.0.2) on another server and the backup.csh backs up the VM partitions fine. Any body no of any reasons why this wouldn't back up on Volume Manager 3.5?

thanks for you help.

Chris
