We recently were forced to upgrade the ICA client from 8.1 to 9.1 or higher on our client PC's due to pushing out Windows XP SP3. The problem I have (and the reason I didn't upgrade to a higher client in the past!) is when a user does any host printing, or tries to use they're Print Screen key on the Keyboard with version 9.1 or higher nothing happens!
When I first tried to use ICA version 9.1, we had Metaframe XP on the servers, we upgraded to Presentation Server 4.0 a couple years ago, and it didn't work after that either (thought it might have been a server software problem).
I have found a few other support forums with people that have had similar issues, and there was a registry entry that had to be made, or editing the appserv.ini file etc. But haven't quite figured out why it is not working for us.
Our users access Citrix applications through a published desktop on they're Windows PC.
