Looking at buying about 200 single line hospitality sets for a customer. I have been looking at Telematrix and Bittel so far. Anyone have any suggestions on what is the most reliable.

They want ones that have a few One Touch SD buttons on them. They don;t want the top of the line for cost reasons but I don;t want to sell them the cheapest of the cheap cause I will just have warranty issues if the break down to often.

THank you!

Also consider Vodavi (Vertical) - I believe their hospitality phones have a 5-year warranty.

Also look at one of the Teledex lines. I use the Opal series and really like them. Looked at replacing some of our older sets, and they come in about $10 less per set than the type we had out there.

Plus the software lets you do a lot of things with the card inserts.

Thanks. I just looked at them they look nice. Waiting for the price for the 1005 sets. What do you usually pay for each and will they provide face plate printing and is the faceplate paper or a plastic printing so it will not smudge when wet?

BTW what systems do you install them on? I am putting these on an Option 11

I went straight to the Teledex store, as they had pretty much the same price as "discounters". They come without insert labels or the software, but for just over the price of a basic set you get the software and the inserts for 40(?) phones. Just set up a user account and take a look.

I have these installed in an Opt 61 environment and haven't had a problem yet. Knock on wood...

Look under accessories. There is a package where you can get the software and a quantity of insert cards for the phone type you want. Pretty slick.
