Hospitality phones not ringing

I have a system where the room phones have stopped ringing on an old Definity (former Motel 6 property.) The MWI still flickers and there is a voice path if you pick up the call. It is a system wide problem. Isn't this some type of power supply problem? I have another old system here and can swap parts if needed. I have tried researching this and am not finding much but I think I dealt with it years ago and it was the power supply. Any input appreciated.

Sounds about right. If you have redundant power supplies, that could be helpful. or if you have system access, a "test environment" might be helpful as well to confirm your suspicions.

are you receiving any errors or alarms? try a test environment this test will tell you if you have a bad power supply
