Hosed LV keeping me from adding new LV 1

Hi All,

I have a LV that looks like this when I issue lsvg -l

LV NAME TYPE LPs PPs PVs LV STATE MOUNT POINT
test_lv ??? 2 2 1 closed/syncd N/A

When I attempt to creat a LV I get the following:

mklv rootvg 1 hdisk2
0516-022 lcreatelv: Illegal parameter or structure value.
0516-822 mklv: Unable to create logical volume.

All commands to view, change or remove the LV complain about not being able to find it in ODM.

Help!
