I have an access report that contains fields from a query for names and addresses. If the table is merged into Word, the field sizes horizontally compact, so there's no spaces in between them. How do I achieve this in Reports?

For example, i have:

Mr Fred Bloggs Deceased

when I want

Mr Fred Bloggs Deceased

Cheers!

are each of these individual fields?

if they are you could have one unbound field on the report and just concatenate them.

=Title & " " & FirstName & " " & LastName & " " & Status

The fields themself shouldnt contain the spaces...thats just the layout of the controls i guess...but if they do infact contain spaces you could use the Trim() function around each field name.
