on my new computer when i move windows, play games or do pretty much anything with moving images i get horizontal glitch/tear lines going across my screen... i'v tried a diffrent monitor, switched the motherboard ram and video card and i cant think of anything else that could be causing it, anyone got any suggestions? I am useing windows xp and have all the latest drivers.

Just a thought, make sure you have vsync enabled in your videocard driver settings, otherwise this can happen, when your video card is writing data part way way through a screen refresh cycle.

I have the same problem only just in games. Medal of honor AA to be exact. I'm using Ati radeon 7500 64meg, 512 ram, p3 1.2Ghz. Neverhad this problem till I went to XP from 98SE on same hardware. tried enabling v-sync with no effect! Xp looks pretty and I have less glitches with general PC operation but the game issue is really ticking me off! got a ton of games that won't work on XP! Angry...very angry!
